At Boliya, we are committed to delivering fresh meat, fish, eggs, and vegetables directly to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Delivery Time

  • We aim to deliver all orders within 30 minutes of order placement.
  • Delivery time may vary based on item availability, traffic, weather, and delivery location.
  • If there’s a delay, our team will notify you promptly.

2. Delivery Charges

  • ₹20 for deliveries within 5 KM of our service hub.
  • Charges increase for locations beyond 5 KM, calculated based on distance.
  • Free Delivery for orders with a cart value of ₹799 or more (within our delivery zone).

3. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver in and around North Lakhimpur, Assam. If your address is outside our coverage area, you may not be able to place an order. Please check availability in the app before ordering.

4. Delivery Process

  • Once you place an order, it is processed and dispatched immediately.
  • Our delivery partners are trained to ensure your products are handled hygienically and delivered with care.
  • You will receive updates via app notifications or SMS regarding the status of your order.

5. Missed Deliveries

If you are not available to receive the order at the time of delivery:

  • Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you.
  • If unreachable, the order may be cancelled, and no refund will be provided for perishable items.

6. Special Instructions

You may add delivery notes or instructions while placing your order. Our delivery partner will do their best to follow them, though this is not guaranteed in all cases.
