As Boliya delivers perishable items such as meat, fish, eggs, and vegetables, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. All sales are final.

2. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Item not delivered
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or spoiled item (with photo proof shared within 1 hour of delivery)

3. Cancellations
