Kosu Thuri (কচু থুৰি), also known as Colocasia Flower or Taro Flower, is a prized ingredient in Assamese and Northeastern cuisine. This approx. 150–200g pack contains handpicked, fresh flower clusters from the taro plant, known for their unique taste and rich texture.
Traditionally used to prepare dishes like Kosu Thuri aru Masor Tenga (tangy fish curry) or vegetarian versions with black sesame paste, this vegetable offers a slightly nutty flavor and hearty feel. It pairs wonderfully with garlic, mustard oil, or fermented bamboo shoot.
