1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Customers can cancel an order within 2 minutes of placing it through the Boliya app.
• After 2 minutes, if the order has already been accepted or prepared by our vendors, cancellation will not be possible.
• For prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed time, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no charges will apply if cancelled in time.

2. Order Cancellation by Boliya

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• The items are out of stock or unavailable.
• Incorrect delivery address or unreachable customer.
• Technical errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

In such cases:

• You will be notified via SMS, email, or call.
• If payment was already made, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel an order:

• Use the “Cancel Order” option in the Boliya app (within 2 minutes of placing the order), or
